Easter Prize Draw Rules

Official rules of the OnSize “Easter Prize Draw”

Organiser: OnSize Kft. (2142 Nagytarcsa, Gránit utca 9.) (hereinafter: the Organiser).

Duration of the prize draw

The prize draw runs from 0:00 on 21 March 2024 until 23:00 on 1 April 2024.

Participation and how the prize draw works

To enter the prize draw, you must validly subscribe to the newsletter during the prize draw period (from 0:00 on 21 March 2024 until 23:00 on 1 April 2024) on the https://onsize.eu/ website or via the Facebook form. OnSize employees, its partners, and their family and household members are excluded.

Prize

One (1) OnSize gift card worth HUF 100,000 will be awarded to a winner drawn at random from all participants.

The prize cannot be exchanged for any other product or service, nor redeemed for cash.

The draw

The winner will be drawn without the involvement of an agency at the following time:

5 April 2024, 20:00

The draw is not public. The Organiser will notify the winner of the result at the email address provided when subscribing.

If the winner does not respond to the Organiser's enquiry within 48 hours of being notified of the prize, they forfeit the prize and the drawn reserve winner becomes entitled to it.

Persons taking part in the prize draw

The winner must cooperate to ensure that the prize can be handed over within 2 weeks of the draw at the latest. If the winner fails to meet this obligation to cooperate and the prize therefore cannot be handed over in time, the Organiser cannot be held responsible for this. The Organiser can only provide the opportunity to collect the prize within this period.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser reserves the right to replace any prize specified in these Official Rules with another prize of the same or higher value than that specified in these Official Rules. The Organiser will not accept any complaints in this regard.

The Organiser accepts no liability arising from incorrect information provided by the winner.

The Organiser will meet any tax obligations relating to the prize in accordance with the applicable legislation. Beyond handing over the Prize and settling any related tax liabilities, the Organiser has no further obligations.

The winner is not entitled to receive the Prize if:

  • they are under 18;

  • they do not respond to the Organiser's enquiry within 48 hours;

  • the winner cannot be contacted by email;

  • the winner states that they cannot or do not

    wish to accept the prize;

  • it can be clearly proven that they entered the prize draw with multiple

    and/or false registrations, thereby gaining an unfair

    advantage;

  • it can be clearly proven that they attempted to influence the

    course/outcome of the prize draw in any way;

  • they breach any provision of these Official Rules

Provisions of the Organiser

The Organiser reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Official Rules, the course of the prize draw or any detail of the prize draw. If abuse, or conduct that may give rise to abuse, is suspected during the prize draw, the Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate the prize draw and to exclude the person responsible for the abuse from the prize draw.

If the winner has limited legal capacity, they may only handle substantive matters relating to the prize and collect the prize together with their legal representative. Persons without legal capacity may not take part in the prize draw, not even through their legal representative.

The Organiser provides a warranty for the prize in accordance with the rules of civil law; the governing law is Hungarian law.

The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from all its current and future promotions anyone who commits fraud/forgery in any promotion organised by the Organiser.

Privacy notice

Participation in the prize draw and the provision of data during the prize draw are voluntary and take place on the basis of adequate information. Each data controller is responsible for its own data processing activities. The legal basis for data processing is the participant's voluntary consent to data processing, which is given by taking part in the prize draw, at the same time as accepting these Official Rules.

The provisions of the Privacy Policy available on the https://onsize.eu/ website apply to this prize draw.
